MS Money Honey

*doh*

I cam smack myself up the head sometimes. I spent one night this week plugging my numbers into MS Money. I don't know why I've resisted it so, it thrills my inner accountant.

And a concept that always spins my head, I get two checks, some bills come out of one, some the other. Rent, car note and 1 student loan comes out of the end of month check. So when I budget, I always wish I got one check a month b/c I end up carrying over money for 2 weeks and then the 2nd check, which is bills and food, ends up being stretched for 4 weeks.

make sense?

Yea, that's my head spinning too.

But w/MS Money, when I pluggged in due dates and income dates, I saw in black and white my financial standing in coming weeks and it all made so much more sense.

I haven't played w/all the features yet, you can use it to budget too, for this next month, I just want to use it to track my expenditures. In addition to MS Money, I also use a spreadsheet to track my 10% snowball.

It'd be neat if MS Money incorporated that too.
