Still Here
I can't even bring myself to see how outdated the site it, the fact that there were cobwebs on the login screen was hint enough *sigh*
Long sordid story made short, I paid off 2 bills came close to paying off the last and somewhere along the way charged them all back up and acquired a maxed out Target card in the process. Complete and total failure I am.
However, all is not lost. I knew when I was backsliding. I know why I was backsliding and what I ended up doing was taking years and years of pent up deprivation and not having anything to getting every item I needed in my 2 bouts of moving.
That said. I told myself 9/30 was the last day to charge clothes and household items. I'm ready to reign myself back in & tackle the debt for the last time.
Today I went to a Back in Black, How to be Debt Free course @ Emory college. And you know what got me, what I did in paying off my debts, was EXACTLY what they taught. He did teach me some other tips, that'll I'll put to good use, but the basic, the core,pay the minimum on all, and put all extra monies to one, then roll that over to the next. I did it before, I can do it again. This time for good.
Later this week, true confession: all my credit card debt and an updated pay off chart.
