Almost Done

I only have 3 *major* expenses left for the Capital One Gold card before my sole transactions will be payments.

I got the oil & filter change done: $49.39
2 new tires: $269.14

I still need to get the cat her final round of kitten shots and rabies shot +/- $60. Get her spayed, $40. Then the car stuff. When I went to get the oil change, I was told I need transmission and another fluid, about $170 for both.

I also know I need a major tune up & possibly brakes. I'm guesstimating around $800 for those two, putting another grand on that card.

I said I may have enough monies to pay that card off in full as of now. I just checked my figures and I do. Sooooo, I can pay it all off, and just leave the $1,000 in January. I'll save on interest charges, almost 50 bucks a month.

Plus I won't be taking care of those till I get back in town anywayz.

*sigh*

I'm letting a big chunk of money sit till end of month so I can earn some interest on it. So long as I get the card paid off before the next billing cycle, I may be able to avoid the finance charges. Even if not, I've paid $400 to offset the recent charges.

I know I know this is all confusing and I'm crisscrossing my figures. I'm just typing off the top of my head right now. Let me think it thru a bit more this weekend before I decide what to do.

Though it's really not much of a decision as, no matter what route I take, pay it now/pay it later, w/in a few weeks, this card will be pretty much paid off.

Why am I hesitating? Hrmmm...more on that tomorrow.
