Cancelled
For some reason, I kept forgetting to cancel people pc. Could be b/c I'm back @ home and not dialing in. Also could be b/c I have no phone and my cell signal is bad so I remember @ night to make the call the next morning, but then forget.
Well I was billed on December 22 and guess when I remembered again? Sunday, the 21st. And customer service was closed.
So I make the call on Monday the 22nd, technically the 31st day. My customer service rep, Jan, tried all sorts of incentives to keep me, but not having a phone to dial up nor a laptop to use it away from home nor the need for yet another email address, she finally gave up.
She processed and told me I'm cancelled as of February 21st. Just to be clear, I made sure there will be no further charges, there won't. And to be even clearer I made sure the only charge is the one from December, it is.
Satisfied w/the answers as well as the ever important confirmation number, I'm done w/peoplepc.
