Closing Date
July 20th @ 2PM!
Whew!!!
Considering I just vented my recent stress as it concerns housing, I was very very elated to get the news this morning.
Wor still needs to be done on the house, major work. But we'll contact the contractor early next week to see what exactly will make the house move in ready and how soon can it be done.
I was going to approach my landlady to extend me till August 15th, but I'll hold off on that. I'm going to start packing stuff up and putting in storage this weekend. Mainly so she can show the place and it look fairly decent.
If I can throw out enough so I have room to leave boxes in place, I'll save the coinage and do that instead. When the house has closed, I'd like to take the non essentials over, but again, the house has a bad mold problem so we'd @ least like to get that fixed before exposing ourselves and things to it.
It's been a trying process, in retrospect, it now seems like a blur, so two weeks from Friday, I'll have a huge weight off my shoulder.
Which, brings me to the current downer. I'll post more about this in a couple of days, but lets just say the house isn't the only thing w/a closing date. September 15th my job may end...
