18 hours later...
...and I'm STILL getting my accounts up to date. Geebus. That'll learn me to never let them lapse for 3+ months.
But there are a lot of bright sides to this exercise. For one, I'm REALLY looking @ my finances. I mean yes I was agressively paying down my debt for the last year, but I still did it on autopilot. For example, I had some recuring ads that I didn't track like a hawk and just found out I was being underpaid, I got the difference sent to me so it's all good now, but it's those little things that have been adding up. All I have left is my major bank accounts and then I can move to the next step of my financial life.
This is so emotionally hard, but I'm also so very tired of barely living paycheck to paycheck and not being on top of it all isn't making things better. In coming weeks I'm going for full disclosure on the site, of my entire financial picture, the good and the bad, the debits and credits, warts and all...you get the point. All in an attempt to take this burden of shame that is weighing heavily on my shoulders and darkening my world.
